1. General Information

2. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
As per EU law, buyers have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase.
However, when downloading a digital product, buyers acknowledge and agree to waive this right of withdrawal once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an issue with the file provided (e.g., incorrect file or technical issues). Physical items are eligible for returns up to 21 days after purchase.

4. Licensing
All digital downloads and physical items are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior agreement.

5. Printing Guidance
When buying digital products, buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their printing methods. Printing can be done at home, through a local print shop, or via our trusted partner Inkthreadable.
Please note that physical print colours may vary slightly due to personal device screen settings.
